QG Gallery is happy to announce our participation to the first edition of Art Antwerp where we will show a curated booth concept as an homage to the legendary Antwerp based gallery Wide White Space Gallery .
From 1966 to 1976, art critic Anny De Decker and her partner, artist Bernd Lohaus, ran the gallery on the ground floor of the "T Bootje" house in Antwerp, where they showed historical artists such as Daniel Buren, Christo, Gerhard Richter, Carl Andre, Panamarenko, Richard Long, Marcel Broodthaers, Joseph Beuys, Lawrence Weiner, Bruce Nauman, James Lee Byars, Niele Toroni, amongst many others.
To pay this homage, we will exhibit iconic sculptures and installations by Carl Andre, Bernd Lohaus, Richard Long, and Lawrence Weiner.
